HI, MY NAME IS HAYLEY TRASHE AND I AM A DOGAHOLIC ...

Now you know my dirty little secret, you can see that I am candid. Along with integrity and loyalty, these values build my business and reflect through my work. 


I aim to make you successful. So, I'm going to do everything in my power to do that. If there's something that's not within my ability - I will tell you, as that could have an impact on the success of your business.


I have worked in many fast-paced industries, and my ability to adapt is frightening - you will think I have worked with you forever! I am observant, system-focused, and I crave organisation. A cluttered desk is a cluttered mind.

WHAT DOES PUNCT MEAN?

 It was quite hard to come up with a name for the business when I launched in October 2019. I wanted to ensure that my business name encompassed my personality, my proofreading speciality and lastly, the business support service of the business. 


So, when my husband and I came up with the name PUNCT it took the cake in meeting all of those requirements. 


The name in terms of proofreading reflects punctuation. 


With regards to being a virtual assistant, it highlights punctual. 


And my personality, well I guess I'm a bit of a punk. I've got tattoos and coloured hair - but don't let that fool you! I really am a peach.

A VIRTUAL WHAT NOW?

There are many descriptions of a virtual assistant. Put simply, I work remotely helping business owners manage work flows to ensure they are maintaining sales and efficiencies within the business. 


You may ask 'why not just hire a staff member?', well a virtual assistant does not require a desk, computer and won't charge you for toilet breaks!


 I also offer the flexibility of hourly packages and ad-hoc hours as you may not need a full time or even part-time staff member.
